Took my lab in after 8 long months of a persistent ear infection that our regular vet struggled to find a successful treatment for. 24 hours on the right medication and the infection was visibly deminishing. 3 days later and we are amazed. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Valentine for the wonderful care she provided to my dog Lucky. From the very first visit, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and the calm, thoughtful way she explained everything. She took the time to carefully examine Lucky and answer all of my questions, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. Dr. Valentine was incredibly attentive and reassuring, and I truly appreciated how clearly she explained the situation and what steps we should take. She also kindly complimented the care routine I have been doing for Lucky’s alopecia, which meant a lot to me. Thanks to the positive experience we had, I recommended Dr. Valentine to a friend whose dog had been struggling for about a month without a clear diagnosis and had gone through many expensive and unnecessary tests elsewhere. During the very first visit, Dr. Valentine suggested the diagnosis, and after the necessary tests the next day it was confirmed and the dog finally received the correct treatment. I’m very grateful to this veterinary clinic and their wonderful team. They were able to quickly diagnose my dog without doing many unnecessary tests. Before coming here, we visited three other veterinarians at another clinic, and they were not able to figure out the problem. The team here was professional, attentive, and truly cared about helping my dog. I really appreciate their knowledge and the way they handled everything. This clinic is so great, we were referred here as our cat has pododermatitis and kidney disease and both Dr Valentine and Dr McMillan are wonderful, they are so kind and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to save our kitty who was in a pretty bad shape before our initial visit. The vet assistants are also super nice and gentle. Also the exam rooms are big and adapted to the pet (cat tree, water bowl) which is great when you have a stressed kitty.
